Root to Rise: Yoga Series

Queens County Farm Museum invites you to relax and unwind in this 6-part wellness series indoors in our Barn.

Flow through 60 minutes of Hatha Vinyasa yoga with instructor Lorine A. Bamberg of Swaying Tree Yoga. Guided breathing and movement through dynamic poses will leave you feeling refreshed and de-stressed. Open to practitioners of all experience levels including beginners.

Enjoy a light refreshment of Kefir from Lifeway Kefir directly following the class, while supplies last!
