Farm Camp

2025 Registration is now open for Summer Farm Camp!

At our Summer Farm Camp, kids dive into hands-on outdoor adventures where they explore the wonders of nature through soil, compost, seeds, plants, and even bugs and worms! Campers will plant, harvest, and taste fresh veggies and herbs while exploring our teaching gardens. Each day is packed with exciting activities like rainforest terrarium-making, pickling vegetables, churning butter, dissecting owl pellets, and scavenger hunts. We’ll also explore farm fibers, create leaf paintings, and learn about the trees and wildlife around us.

What to Bring: Lunch, snacks, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, sturdy shoes (no flip-flops), a change of clothes, and a lightweight backpack.
What We Provide: A camp T-shirt, name tag, journal, ice pops on Fridays, and plenty of water refills.

  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Cost: $475 per week, per camper / $400 per week, per sibling

Please Note: Camp is held almost entirely outdoors with tents and a pavilion for shade and rain cover.

Farm Camp gives kids an amazing opportunity to explore and learn about nature and our environment through fun, hands-on experiences on a real working farm.

For ages 7 – 12.

There are two full weeks of Farm Camp:

  • Winter Break (February 17 – 21) 9am – 3pm
  • Spring Break (April 14 – 18) 9am – 3pm

COST: $450 per week, per camper / $400 per week, per sibling

Activities include: nature walks; learning about the different types of trees we have on the farm; examining bugs and worms; making rainforest terrariums; planting and harvesting herbs; making tea and learning about drying herbs; creating shadow boxes; making leaf paintings; learning about farm fibers and colonial quilting; pickling vegetables; churning butter; learning about owls and dissecting owl pellets; going on scavenger hunts; making worm houses; and more!
