EGG HUNT

SATURDAY
The Farm Museum will hold its annual
Egg Hunt in the orchard. Egg hunts will
be ongoing throughout the day,
"Whiskers" the bunny will be hopping
around the farm to greet children and
pose for pictures, bring your camera.
Dance the "Bunny Hop", play egg toss and
egg rolling games on the farmhouse lawn.
Visit our farm animals and take a hayride.

CHILDREN'S CARNIVAL

Join us for a carnival in the apple orchard! Carnival rides, midway games food, hayrides, petting zoo and a Magic Show (show times: 2,3,4 & 5 in the barn).
ADMISSION: $9.00 per person all ages to enter the farm grounds (carnival rides included at no additional charge) (height rules apply at all rides)

31st ANNUAL ANTIQUE AUTO SHOW

SUNDAY
Members of the New York Antique Auto Club will exhibit their cars on the farmhouse grounds. Automobile memorabilia, historic house tours, hayrides, and food will be available.

YM-YWHA have partnered to bring you a unique summer camp program for children who will be entering first – fifth grades. A full six- week farm
program and flexible mini-sessions are available.

31st Annual Thunderbird American Indian
Mid-Summer Pow Wow
New York City 's oldest and largest powwow will feature three days of
intertribal Native American dance competitions to which the public is
invited. Over 40 Indian nations are represented at this spectacular
event held in the apple orchard on the farm grounds. A large selection
of quality Native American art, crafts, jewelry and foods are available.
Admission: Adults $9.00 (all weekend pass $15.00),
children: $4.00 (age 12 and under) (all weekend pass $5.00)

with a stalk talk to prepare you for the challenge of finding clues, solving puzzles
and making your way out of the maze. To add to the adventure join us for
Maze By Moonlight on Saturdays October 9th and 16th when the maze will be open until 9:00 p.m Feel up to the challenge? Then join us for the fun of getting lost and loving it!

A traditional county fair with blue ribbon competitions in livestock,
produce, home crafts, arts and crafts, and more. Enjoy the Amazing
Maize Maze, pie-eating and corn-husking contests, Big Apple Circus
Variety Acts, make-your-own-scarecrow, hayrides, petting zoo, carnival
rides, and midway. Visit our Bavarian Garden , Irish and German bands,
craft and food vendors. Fun for the entire family!

A large variety of apples, apple products, and freshly pressed cider will be available. The nation's largest apple cobbler will be baked on site. Enjoy cider pressing demonstrations while leaning fun apple facts at this delightful event. Vendors will have a variety of collectibles for sale, food, hayrides and free children's games will make this event fun for all ages.

PICK-YOUR-OWN-PUMPKIN

October is pumpkin month at the Farm Museum! Enjoy wandering

Full Moon Harvest Celebration
12:00p.m. – 4:00 p.m.This unique event led by urban shaman Donna Henes, whom New Yorker magazine calls "The unofficial commissioner of public spirit of New York City.", includes storytelling by Laura Simms and others from Queens’ multitude of ethnic communities, soup making, candle making,and soup sampling. Visit our haunted house for thrills and chills! Hayrides, Halloween

Professional character look-a-likes will visit to add to the fun. Craft
vendors will display and sell fall items, food, country western music
and dancing will make this event fun for people of all ages.
